What data we collect
The only personal data this website actively collects is what you enter into the contact form: your name (optional), your email address, and the content of your message. We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or third-party embeds that would collect data about you as you browse this site, and we do not require you to create an account to use it.
How your contact form message is handled
When you submit the contact form, its contents are sent by email directly to our inbox at info@nieromantyczni.pl, with your email address set as the reply-to address so we can respond to you. The message is not stored in this website’s own database — once it has been emailed, no separate copy is kept on the server. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see or fill in; if it is filled in (typically by automated bots), the submission is discarded.
Legal basis and purpose
We process the data you submit through the contact form on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by voluntarily submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The sole purpose of this processing is to answer your message.
How long we keep your data
Since messages are delivered by email rather than stored on the website, retention is governed by our email inbox rather than by this site. We keep messages only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any related correspondence, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose. You may ask us to delete a message you sent us at any time.
Who receives your data
Your message is only seen by the people who manage the Nie | Romantyczni orchestra’s correspondence on behalf of Fundacja Żmigrodzkich. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Our website hosting provider, IONOS SE, processes the underlying server infrastructure and email delivery on our behalf; IONOS is based in Germany.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies for the purpose of tracking, analytics, or advertising. The only cookie set for visitors browsing the public site remembers your chosen language (Polish or English) — it is required for the language switcher to work correctly and does not identify you personally. Beyond that, the only other cookies that may be set are strictly technical ones created by the WordPress software that powers this site (for example, to keep an administrator’s login session working) — these do not apply to visitors browsing the public site. All fonts used on this site are hosted directly on our own server rather than loaded from a third party, so no data about your visit is shared with an external font provider.
